IQYOU MEMBERSHIP

You may cancel your account at any time by email support@iqyouhealth.com. You will not be charged after cancellation. There is no cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation or termination your account will be immediately disabled, and your account and information cannot be recovered once the account is closed. We retain the right to retain or delete data provided to us by you at our sole discretion.

Through its web sites, IQYOU/iThrive provides you with access to a variety of products, services, and content (collectively "Contents"). The Contents, including any updates, enhancements, and/or the addition of any new web sites, are subject to the TOU. You agree to notify iThrive immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. iThrive will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by IQYOU/iThrive Health or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder. 

As a condition of your use of any Contents, you will not use such Contents for any purpose that violates any applicable laws or regulations, or that is prohibited by the TOU. You may not use this site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server that hosts the iThrive web sites, or the networks connected to any such server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of this site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any web site, other accounts, or to any Contents, through hacking, password mining or any other means. 

You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through this site. 

IQYOU/iThrive Health reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as iThrive deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in IQYOU/iThrive sole discretion. 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold iThrive, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of the TOU. 

IQYOU/iThrive Health does not claim ownership of the information you provide to iThrive (including feedback and suggestions) or input or submissions to this web site (collectively "Submissions"). All personal data, including your health history, that you provide to iThrive will be protected to a reasonable HIPAA standard. Your health data will be stored on a password-protected server in an account that will not include your name or email address. iThrive will never provide your health data or any other personal information to a third party without your approval. 

IQYOU/iThrive will not use your individual health record for any purpose other than those explicitly stated in this agreement. iThrive does reserve the right to use aggregate data to validate and update assessment technology.
